Créé par Charles Robert Simard, le Collectif de Babel est un groupe de réflexion, de partage d’idées et de réalisation de projets transdisciplinaires. Il s’intéresse au langage, à la pensée, à la combinatoire et aux mondes possibles. Il utilise en les agençant la littérature, l’informatique, les arts visuels et les mathématiques pour ses créations. À ce jour, le Collectif a participé à de nombreux festivals, événements culturels et expositions en ligne.

Founded by Charles Robert Simard, the Collective of Babel is an art group focusing on transdisciplinary dialogues and projects involving language, thought, combinatorics and alternative world-making. It uses jointly the disciplines of literature, computer science, visual arts and mathematics for most of its artistic endeavours. To this day, the Collective has been a participant or organizer of a number of festivals, cultural events and online exhibitions.
